BREAKING NEWS!! The Associated Board VOTED overwhelmingly to Support opening of Owings Mills JCC on Shabbos

After the JCC executive board and board of directors both voted overwhelmingly to open the JCC, the Associated Federation of Baltimore voted overwhelmingly to support both the JCC executive board and board of directors, in opening the Owings Mills JCC on Shabbos. As of Saturday June 6th 1pm the Rosenbloom Owings Mills JCC will be open.

The tally of Votes: 97-33 with four abstentions as reported by the Baltimore Jewish Times.

The approval to open the JCC came via secret ballot Wednesday afternoon by the Board of Directors of the Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore. Board members voted after listening to some 30 minutes of discussion.
