Blood Pressure Screenings: The Beth Abraham Sisterhood will be offering blood pressure screenings on the first Sunday of every month from 10-1, at the shul. The first screening will be on Sunday, January 3. Anyone who wants an accurate blood pressure reading, more information on maintaining a healthy blood pressure, or wishes to consult with a cardiologist and nurse, should come!

Baltimore City Residents: Baltimore City residents who received their property tax assessments in last week’s mail may be eligible for a Homestead Tax Credit. To receive this credit, please fill out the form sent with your
tax assessment statement; the form is also available online at www.dat.state.md.us . You are urged to submit the application within 60 days of your assessment notice. It’s fast and easy and will assure the proper credit for your real estate tax bill in July 2010.
